About
About The Hamptons Cannabis Club
The Hamptons Cannabis Club is an independent editorial publication covering the legal cannabis scene in Hamptons. We write for adults 21+ who want to know where the licensed dispensaries are, which neighborhoods are worth a weekend, what events are coming up, and how the regulated industry actually works on the ground.
What we do
Three things, mostly. We map the licensed retailers serving the region — verified against the state's public license registry, not paid placements. We publish a running editorial on the regional scene: who's opening, who's worth the drive, what's on tap at the next event. And we surface things to do for visitors and locals — concerts, festivals, town anchors, hikes, the food and nightlife that pairs with a thoughtful 21+ approach.
What we don't do
We don't sell cannabis. We don't accept money to elevate one retailer over another. We don't make medical claims about what cannabis does or doesn't do — some users describe effects, the regulated science is still early, and your doctor knows you better than we do. We don't track you across the web; our analytics are first-party, anonymous, and limited to "how many people read this article."
Compliance
Everything we publish is 21+ only. Every dispensary we link to is verifiable against the OCM (in New York) or the equivalent state regulator — you can confirm any retailer's license via the QR code in their storefront window. New York state law prohibits cannabis consumption on state-owned land and in public spaces, and we mention this anywhere it's editorially relevant. Read more on our cannabis compliance page.
