About

Brown Budda New York is an OCM-licensed adult-use cannabis shop serving Southampton. Active license status (OCM-CAURD-24-000157) can be confirmed any time via the OCM portal at cannabis.ny.gov — worth checking before an in-person visit. The shop offers in-store pickup. New York's regulated product categories cover flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, 10mg-per-serving edibles, concentrates, tinctures, and topicals — all third-party lab-tested and packaged in tamper-evident child-resistant containers per state rules. Purchases are restricted to adults 21+ with valid ID at the door. Hamptons dispensaries operate under the same NY OCM rules as the rest of the state, but the customer mix skews seasonal — a summer weekend visitor picking up one pre-roll is a different customer than a Montauk local buying weekly. Current menu and same-day availability rotate, so a quick phone check before you visit is usually the fastest way to confirm what's in stock. For first-time visitors or anyone new to a specific product category, the budtenders are there to guide dose + format choices — the "start low, go slow" principle still applies, especially on edibles at 10mg per serving.
