About

The Hamptons Collective is an OCM-licensed adult-use cannabis shop serving Southampton. The license is publicly listed as OCM-CAURD-24-000194 — active status is verifiable via the OCM QR-code portal at cannabis.ny.gov before a first visit. The shop offers in-store pickup. State-regulated product categories include flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles (capped at 10mg THC per serving), concentrates, tinctures, and topicals — all lab-tested and OCM-compliant. Purchases are restricted to adults 21+ with valid ID at the door. Hamptons dispensaries operate under the same NY OCM rules as the rest of the state, but the customer mix skews seasonal — a summer weekend visitor picking up one pre-roll is a different customer than a Montauk local buying weekly. The shop's site carries current menu and hours. Weekly stock rotations are common, so a same-day check is usually worthwhile. For first-time visitors or anyone new to a specific product category, the budtenders are there to guide dose + format choices — the "start low, go slow" principle still applies, especially on edibles at 10mg per serving.
